RALLY sign-upYour Rally app is open for business for the 2023 Wellness credit year, so let's get started. Rally will help employees improve their overall health and wellness. You can use Rally on any mobile device or computer to improve your diet, fitness, and even your mood. Rally can give you support as you work towards creating healthy habits and reaching your health and fitness goals. Rally will give you personalized recommendations for your diet, fitness, and mood, and rewards you for making progress.

Rally is a great benefit for ALL employees; even if you don't participate in a NNPS Healthcare plan, you can earn Rally Coins and exchange them for a chance to win some great rewards like exercise gear, gift cards, electronic gadgets and mountain bikes.

Now is the right time to join the NNPS Wellness Program. Employees who participate in the NNPS Healthcare plan can earn a $50 per month ($500 per year) wellness credit in 2023 and all employees can earn Rally Coins.

In four easy steps you can complete 100% participation by the annual August 31st deadline, while getting healthier, earning reward coins and the NNPS wellness credit on health insurance premiums.

Ready to Get Started?

  • Go to www.werally.com/client/nnps/register/ or download the Rally Health app on your mobile device. Mobile access code: NNPS01
  • Enter Your eligibility information.
  • Enter your employee ID with lead-in zeros to make 9 digits. Simply add four or five zeros to your ID number (for example, if your ID number is 12345, type 000012345).
  • Create a user name and password.
  • To view the NNPS reward program, click on the Reward tab on the dashboard.
  • Contact Rally directly with any questions at (877) 818-5826.

Then Follow Four Easy Steps

Step 1: Complete Your Rally Health Survey (35%)

Your Rally experience starts with a simple, fun Rally Health Survey designed to help you better understand your overall health. After completing the survey, you'll learn your Rally Age, a number that tells you how healthy your habits are for a person your age.

Step 2: Complete a Biometric Screening (35%)

Make an appointment to see your primary care physician (or attend one of the NNPS Health Screening Clinics), get your biometric screening completed, and have your physician complete the biometric screening form and send it to Rally. A biometric screening consists of a blood draw to measure your total cholesterol, HDL and LDL cholesterol, cardiac risk, triglycerides and glucose. The screening will also check your blood pressure and body composition (including height, weight, and Body Mass Index (BMI).

Biometric screening forms are available and can be printed from your Rally app. After logging in, just follow the blue ribbon at the top of the page and click get started. Take your form with the personalized barcode to be completed when you see your physician.

Step 3: Complete One Preventative Screening (25%)

Regular preventative care screenings can help detect problems before they start or when chances for treatment and cure are better. Complete at least one from this list to earn your percentage points.

Step 4: Participate in Program Activities or Missions (5% or more)

Take part in wellness and fitness activities and earn percentage points. There is something for everyone. Rally offers a variety of friendly competitions to push you to the next level. Compete against friends or other Rally members, or just go for a personal best. You can earn rewards for making progress in activities like walking, running, biking, swimming, even yoga and special events (NNPS Wellness Expo, 5K run, community sponsored health and wellness events).

To encourage us to stay well and healthy year round, Rally keeps the rewards coming. After reaching 100% participation, you can continue to earn Rally Coins, giving you more opportunities to win some cool prizes.

What is Rally?

Who can participate in the NNPS Wellness Program?

What is a Rally Health Survey?

It is an online, confidential questionnaire. The Rally health survey identifies activities that could raise health risks. Your health survey provides suggestions for day-to-day changes to improve your health and well-being. The health survey provides a Rally Age that works with your health management program's tools.

What is the Biometric Screening?

It is a short, simple health exam that helps identify your health status. The screening can reveal risk factors you may have for certain health conditions. Biometric Screenings are usually conducted during your annual physical exam by a health care professional.

Your screening will check the following:

  1. Blood pressure
  2. Body composition, including height and weight, Body Mass Index (BMI), and waist circumference
  3. Blood profile, including HDL, LDL, and total cholesterol, triglycerides, and blood glucose levels
Is my health information confidential?

Your Personal Health Information (PHI) is 100 percent confidential. Rally adheres to Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards. They do not share personal health information with anyone, including your employer, NNPS.
