How to Use ParentVUE

You must go to your child's school to register for an account. Please contact the ParentVUE Coordinator at your child's school for more information on registering for ParentVUE.

To access ParentVUE, parents and guardians will need the following:

  • A computer with internet access.
  • A valid user name and pass code.

If parents/guardians do not have internet access at home, they may access ParentVUE from a computer at the local public library, community center, or anywhere Internet access is available.


Getting Help

If you have questions about your child's grades or attendance, contact your child's teacher.

If you have questions about your account, including pass codes, contact the ParentVUE Building Coordinator at your child's school.


Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get a ParentVUE account?
Go to your child's school with a valid picture ID and your e-mail address. You will be required to sign an Acceptable Use Policy.

What if I forget my password?
Please click on the "Forgot your password? Click here" link and follow the directions provided on the screen.

Why do I have to go to my child's school?
Administrators must properly verify that it is actually you requesting your child's information. This cannot be determined over the phone.
